Payment

I accept payments via PayPal which is a safe and secure payment method. 
You can place your order through PayPal's secure server using your credit or debit card without becoming a PayPal member

Postage, Packing and Delivery

Standard Delivery charge is £3.50 per order for all addresses within the UK.
I use Royal Mail and aim to post all in stock items within 48 hours of order.

I don't normally post outside the UK but please contact me if you would like special delivery and I will calculate what charges would apply.

Returns

Naturally I hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if you do need to return an item please contact me within 7 days to arrange the return and refund.

If the return is due to a fault I will refund you the cost of the item plus the delivery charge within thirty days.

For any non-faulty item returned a refund will be strictly conditional on the item being in the original condition. 
Please note I do not cover the cost of you returning non-faulty items.
