remnant piece of Liberty tana lawn - triangular shaped but would provide a piece 27cm x 30cm minimum
2 in stock.
This is a remnant piece from tie cutting in the CatkinJane workroom. As ties are all cut on the bias it leaves many triangular (or almost triangular) pieces of Liberty fabric. The 'triangle' is approximately a right-angle with sides of 60cm and 52cm and if you are looking for a more 'normal' shape you will be able to cut out a piece 27cm x 30cm but it seems silly for me to cut squares and leave even smaller triangles as waste!
Mitsi was designed by Gillian Farr, a member of the Liberty Fabrics studio in the 1950s. It pays homage to Liberty’s historic love for Japanese design motifs, featuring delicate cherry blossom.
Liberty tana lawn is an ultra fine fluid cotton with a silky feel which is suitable for all types of sewing, dressmaking, quilting and crafts. Machine washable.
