Sustainable Autumnal Wedding

Photographer Sian Kember of Sians Photography contacted me to ask whether I would have any accessories for a groom that would fit with her autumnal theme for a styled wedding photo shoot she was planning at The Thatch Barn, Yelling, in Cambridgeshire. The colour theme with green, oranges and gold immediately suggested Liberty's Spohie Jane fabric to me. It was agreed that this would be a great fit and so I made up a tie, bow tie and pocket square for the day.
She was also keen to make sustainability a main theme and choosing to have your groom and groomsmen accessories made from Liberty fabric means that they will have more life than just the one day - so much easier to use again than some of the traditional plain 'wedding ties'.
You can read more of Sian's thoughts on sustainable weddings on her blog post 5 Ways To Be More Sustainable With Your Wedding
The days wonderful images can also be found on the Green Union website as one of their Inspirational Editorials, the CatkinJane groom accessories can be seen as part of the second and third looks for the day.
If you would like your own tie or bow tie made from Liberty's Sophie Jane design you can find them on the website here
